Refund & Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your swimwear must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, unwashed, with all tags and hygienic liners intact, and in its original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of swimsuits that show any signs of wear or that are missing the hygiene seal. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to hygiene and safety standards, all swimwear must be returned with the hygienic liner and tags intact. Any item worn, washed, or without its hygiene seal will not be accepted.
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the right item is to return the one you have (if eligible), and once the return is accepted, place a new order.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
